Innokin Endura T18E Review
The Innokin Endura T18E is a popular and highly regarded vape pen designed for beginners and mouth-to-lung (MTL) vapers who prefer a cigarette-like draw. Here’s a detailed review of its performance, design, and usability:
The kit includes the following:
01) Endura T18 Battery
02) Prism T18E Tank
03) Micro USB Cable
04) User Manual
05) 1.5Ω Replacement Coil
06) Endura Vape Stand
07) Various Colours
In addition to the above, we found a replacement mouthpiece and 2 replacement seals in ours.
The world of vaping has taken off in a big way. Indeed, the Innokin Endura T18E can have the description of the “complete vaping system.” This is indeed one of the cheapest and best for those new to vaping.
Design & Build Quality
The Endura T18E is sleek, compact, and highly portable. Its cylindrical shape feels comfortable in hand, with an aluminium body that’s durable yet lightweight. The device comes with a built-in 1000mAh battery, providing a decent battery life for a day of moderate use. It’s available in various colours, giving you some style options. The clear tank allows you to easily see your e-liquid level, which helps avoid dry hits.
Once you buy this system, you can feel the quality immediately. Not only does the box have quality all over it, but the hardware itself is brilliant. The box, of course, is superficial. However, it does indicate that the makers have thought about this. Firstly, the box is solid with a magnetic opening flap. Secondly, this comes with an outer sleeve, which is a nice touch.
Innokin Endura T18E: Performance
One of the strongest points of the Endura T18E is its MTL vaping experience. The 1.5Ω coil paired with a low-wattage output (around 14 watts) delivers a smooth, cigarette-like draw with good throat hit. The flavour from the coils is above average for this type of device, making it great for users who enjoy flavour-focused vaping rather than large clouds. The airflow is restricted, making it perfect for MTL vaping, though it may not appeal to direct-lung vapers.
The Prism T18E tank holds 2 ml of e-liquid, in line with TPD regulations, and is designed for ease of use. The top-fill system is simple, and the tank rarely leaks, making it a convenient choice for on-the-go use.
Coils & Flavour
The T18E uses Prism coils that last around 1-2 weeks depending on usage and the type of e-liquid used. It handles 50/50 VG/PG liquids best. While the vapor production isn’t massive, the flavour quality is impressive for a device in this range, especially with higher nicotine strengths or nicotine salts.
The box says that the power is 14 Watts regulated, and the capacity is 1000mAh. On our tests, we fully charged the battery, and with moderate use, we found that we could get it to last 24 hours. This was with two minutes vaping in a period of one hour. We found the device to feel well made and easy to use.
We could vape while the battery was on charge too. However, sometimes you may have to press the button five times first. The stand comes in handy, although the charging port is at the bottom behind a sliding slap. So the angle of the stand allows for charging, but only just.
Replacing the coil (£3.00) is a little fiddly and can be messy. So, considering that the vaping liquid can be harmful, the best bet is to wear rubber gloves. Also have some tissue at hand to wipe up afterwards.
Innokin Endura T18E: Ease of Use
The Endura T18E is beginner-friendly, with a one-button operation, making it easy to turn on, off, and fire. There’s no need to adjust wattage, which simplifies the experience for new vapers. The top-fill system is hassle-free, allowing you to refill the tank without mess. The device has overheating, over-discharge, and safety protections built-in, offering peace of mind.
Battery Life
The 1000mAh battery might seem modest, but considering the low power output, it can easily last a full day for moderate users. Recharging is simple via the micro-USB port and takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge. For heavy vapers, it may require a midday charge.
Pros
- Excellent for beginners and MTL vapers
- Good flavor for a starter kit
- Simple, one-button operation
- Top-fill tank for easy refilling
- Affordable price point (£24.99) (UK price)
- Decent battery life for its size
Cons
- Not ideal for direct-lung vapers or cloud chasers
- Small 2ml tank may require frequent refills for heavy users
- Battery life might not last a full day for chain vapers
- No adjustable airflow
Innokin Endura T18E: Verdict
The Innokin Endura T18E is a fantastic choice for new vapers or smokers looking to transition to vaping. It delivers a satisfying MTL draw, great flavour, and an intuitive, hassle-free experience. While it may not appeal to advanced users seeking higher power or cloud production, its simplicity and performance in delivering nicotine make it a standout device in the beginner’s category.
Overall, the T18E remains one of the best starter kits on the market, balancing quality, ease of use, and affordability.
